As an alliance project, the Value Planning International Inc.
established Japan-Mongolia Partnership Foundation (JMPF) on November
23, 2007 in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. The JMPF was formulated in the form
of Limited Liability Company (LLC) according to the relevant laws in
Mongolia, and aims at promoting projects under the Public-Private
Partnership (PPP) as the PPP platform responding to the social and
economic needs in Mongolia. The Japanese ODA and investment are still
very limited in Mongolia, while China, Russia and Korea are increasing
their investment and economic activities. However Japan has advanced
technology in addition to qualified human resources, so the networking
with such Japanese resources will contribute to the development of the
country. We will formulate profitable projects to attract private
investment, and would like to introduce such projects in this column.
